We may share information only as reasonably necessary with service providers that help us operate, such as website and hosting providers, Jotform for forms, Stripe for payment processing, Google services for email and scheduling, and Facebook when a member chooses to participate in the private MCUA Facebook group. Each third-party service processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.
We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request; to protect the rights, safety, and property of MCUA, our members, clients, or others; to investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or security concerns; or in connection with a lawful organizational restructuring or transfer.

Paid members may be invited to a private Facebook group. Participation is optional and requires the member to use Facebook. Information a member posts or shares within the group may be visible to other approved members and is also subject to Facebook’s privacy practices. Members must follow MCUA’s community rules, including protecting member privacy and not sharing group conversations without permission.
